I do get the map page, but no map.

just to make sure we are on the same page:

you mean: Top Menu -> Fishing Times -> My Location
or are you on Top Menu -> Tides

Do you have https in front of the URL?
Are you behind a company firewall?

problem resolved was looking at the wrong page.
