I have tested it. I am able to log out and log back in on both my Moderator account and my Member account. Of course, as a guest, there is no option to log in/out.
are you using fishingreminder on a mobile phone?
If so you have to tap on the menu icon, then My Account and then scroll down a bit to see the logout button.
