Why is there a star next to the fishing time?

There is major and minor times for fishing shown here, but it has a star next to the minor time? So is it saying it is a bad time to fish as well as a good time? Please explain. Thank you

Star next to time means its near sunrise or sunset. So it gets and extra point for rating.
I should change the icon to a little sun instead of star to avoid confusion.
