Detecting a bite.

I want to know how to react when i see my rods tip shaking, I touch and feel the line is shaking from a bite, I want to learn how to start fighting the fish, and when exactly to start pulling, I'm still a beginner so please be detailed.
Thanks in Advance.

Don't start fishing if you have not done so yet,  IT'S ADDICTIVE
Haha, No way, I love fishing, If I would have the chance to fish in deep sea from a boat, I would, while fishing, i lose alot of rigs because of rocks, and loose line knots, and suddenly I hate it and get back home; but then I decide I'll get back and fish later. Its just addicting but in a good way, Now i just want my question answered 😊
when the rod is bending or the fish starts taking line. You then set the hook and start fighting the fish. Your drag should be set so that the fish can take line. Then you adjust as the fight goes on. Hope this helps. Hat
In my opinion, the best way to tell when a fish is on the hook is to think about what the fish is doing. You want to pull it when it has the hook in it's mouth. So each different fish has a different time, it takes a lot of practice, just remember fishing is normally to have fun. Good luck with your future endeavors.
