Thanks for sharing your experience. It is very interesting. I sometimes wonder about the various colors of rainbows. The gold one is added to my wonder haha. Very beautiful fish

       Thank you for your kind words. The Golden Trout I caught was quite rare in the river where I fish. The size of it is also rare, and I was able to see it swimming and racing around a large area before I could climb down off the crag I was on and net it. I had just started fishing when I caught it, and I left immediately after wrapping it in a towel that I soaked in the river. I will have it mounted even though I have a 24 inch Brown Trout in my freezer that I was saving for the taxidermist (it will have to wait). Christian Boyer
