I finally gotten around to finish my video clip about fishing in Whangarei Heads.
I was in this area for about two months and the fishing is absolutely fantastic.
Deep blue water close to shore, loads of different species to catch and just beautiful scenery everywhere you look.

A worthy travel destination for any fisho. It's a real rockfishing, surfcasting, kayak and boat-fishing heaven.
I can't wait to go back there in the future.

Looks like you have that drone mastered.

Some very pretty country...No wonder the frogs have built a town there :):)

haha - yeah, pretty cool name for a beach, I didn't see any frogs though.

Well I thought I had the drone mastered - but two days ago I crashed it again upside down into the sand.
Fortunately it wasn't over the water. I had the bait attached and after liftoff it lost the Compass functions and switched itself into manual flight mode. It was pretty windy and I kinda lost control over it.

Had a lot of sand in the motors but after a good cleaning it's flying again :-)
I'm surprised how much abuse this drone can withstand.
