Hi Mohammed,

For hammour use chunks of Sardine new the rocks
the chunks could be a size of an inch.
use a bottom rig with 2-3 hooks
the size of the hook, use something to match the size of the bait.

😊 hope i was helpful !
good luck
YOU HAVE TWO TYPES OF RIG FOR SALT WATER - RUNNING SINKER RIG OR THE FIXED SINKER RIG. I PREFER THE FIXED RIG - (SINKER-NOOSE-ATTACHED TO ONE EYE OF A 3 WAY SWIVEL- NOOSE FOR HOOK ATTACHED TO SECOND EYE OF THE SWIVEL ) - AND THE THIRD END OF THE SWIVEL ONTO THE END OF YOUR LINE, SIMPLE BUT GOOD.

FISH ARE NOT PLENTY TOGAY SO USE A SMALLER HOOK BUT WATCH OUT FOR FISH WITH TEETH - USE A STEEL WIRE TRACE IF THE FISH ARE TORPEDO LIKE OR GAME FISH LIKE.

WHATERVER SIZE HOOK, REMEMBER TO SET IT IN SUCH A WAY THAT THE POINT STICKS OUT A LITTLE. AT TIMES IT HELPS TO USE BITS OF BAIT SMALLER THAN THE HOOK IN ORDER TO ENCOURAGE THE FISH TO BITE ONTO THE BUSINESS END OF THE HOOK.

IF YOU USE A HARD BAIT LIKE OCTOPUSS, CUT INTO "PENNIES" AND THREAD ONE BY ONE ONTO HOOK.

YOU CAN ALSO FISH SANDY AREAS WITH A CORK AND A SMALL RUNNING SINKER - THE SINKER RUNS FREELY, ALLOWS THE CORK TO FLOAT BUT KEEPS IT IN THE SPOT YOU SELECTED.

GOOD LUCK
