Despite my user name, most of my fishing is land based. Although I do have a boat. A 12 foot "tinnie". Pretty much all of my life there has been a boat involved. I once owned a 15 foot Mustang (half cabin fiberglass) with a 75 hp Yamaha on it. I towed that Mustang from Darwin to Batemans Bay via Adelaide and Ayers Rock....Google it, it was a big trip :)

I mostly fish the East Coast of Australia. But the past 4 years or so I have been house sitting and sort of land locked. So I have been fishing fresh water. Queensland was good, got some nice cats and a few good silver perch whilst I was up there.

I am now still land locked near Wagga Wagga. So I am still fresh water fishing.

I need to go to Sydney soon. Maybe next week. I am going to try and add an extra day to the trip and hit a beach I know in North Wollongong.
