What could be the most important thing when you decide to go fishing?

1. Time
2. Fishing tools(gear)
3. Spots(Place)
4. Buddy who goes fishing with you
5. Something else

I know it will be great if all the factors are perfectly in the right position. 
But when you need to choose one side, what would you go for?
