April 12 Best fishing yet this year

Rawhide says:
I caught 31 Bass between 1 1/2 pounds and 4 1/2 pounds. Senko worms in Green pumpkin red and purple flakes and Wake baits that look like bream or Blue gill. All caught in 2 different ponds using your fishing times. I'm trying to convince 2 friends, that best fishing times do matter.

Before your site, I had to take Bass Pro Mags to get the best times. Thanks you really have helped the fishing family.

Hi Rawhide,

Thanks for the great feed back. Sounds like you are doing OK. :)

You want to really convince your 2 friends ? ...Just wink and grin !!!

Rawhide They are a lot of nonsense.... on a poor day plus minor fishing times caught 63 fish.... on an excellent day caught 7 cheers Michael same spot and bait.
Maybe there was only 70 fish there to start with !!

63 fish caught in one day in the same spot is a lot. In fact I would say that was a school of fish. You do know, don't you, that when fish school they tend to be on the move? Maybe they had moved on to greener pastures by the time you went back.

In almost 48 years of fishing I have had two days when every cast was a hook up. The first was when a huge school of bonito came within casting distance and stayed there for about 5 hours. The second was on opening day on the Murray.

63 fish hey? OK, so if you fished both the major and minor times for that day, you would have landed one fish every 3 and a half minutes. Or if you fished the 8 hours or so from the beginning of the major to the end of the minor, you would have landed one fish every 7 and a half minutes, on average.

Is that normal? To catch a fish every 7 1/2 minutes?

If you really think and I quote "They are a lot of nonsense", then the question has to be asked...why are you using it ?
