Not catching much these days at Jumpinpin

Hello all

I have been struggling to get anything decent for quite a while, am just about ready to sell the boat and give up.
I haven't seen anyone catch anything decent either.

What's the best time to go, I'm not having much luck fishing around the high tides either.
I fish the Jumpinpin area
Is it possible this area is fished out???

could be that the season is not producing so well this year.

Are you using a fish finder to locate fish or structures?
What are you targeting and at what depth?
What baits and lures have you tried?
Bottom bouncing soft plastics, like gulp might be worth a try.

cheers
G`Day ,
Fish move around all the time to catch a feed , try live-bait on light line .
There are fish there but the fisher-person is set in his ways , they sit at the Pin to catch the fish that are moving in & out the bar !
Try closer to the mainland , areas that have deep water or channels or top of tide around mangroves with unweighted baits on the drift .
All you want is a feed as fish are better fresh !

still dreamin & thinkin of fishin ,
