Dapping

Does anyone here have experience with dapping? If so, I'd like to know how to correctly rig a pole for technique.

A quick search brought up "a form of fly fishing for trout".  You quietly approach a pond in a stream with a fish or two in it.  You hop your fly above the fish in an attempt to get the fish to strike.  In other words you make the fish mad and it strikes out of rage at the dancing thing on the water.
That pretty much summarizes the information I found. But I'm looking for how to rig the line. I know there is a line called "dapping tape" that acts as a sail, catching wind and sending the fly over the water. (By the way, I've also read that the stuff can be hard to come by in the U.S., and a good alternative is dental tape, unflavored.) Anyhow, I'm know there's a particular way to rig a dapping pol, and I've seen it explained generally. I just need to know what knots to use, how much dapping tape to use, etc.
