The location of your email reminders depends on your selected location.
You can click on Manage Locations on the Main Page to select your accurate location.

Afterwards click on Email Reminders and choose the new location for your reminders.
Hit save and then the next time you will receive an email reminder for the correct location.

Highlands is about 288 miles north east of your location. Just on the other side of Houston. So the fishing reports for both locations would be pretty much the same.
