how to make super tasty fish burgers

Yesterday I happened to make some very tasty fish burger patties and thought I'd share the recipe. Next time I'll make them I'll take some pictures and add them here.
Ingredients ( for about 4 medium sized patties ):
1 fish fillet - I used snapper
1 small zucchini
1 fresh hot pepper
1 handful of thyme, preferable lemon thyme
1 spring onion
2 eggs
some flower and bread crumbs
Method
Frist chop the pepper, thyme leaves and spring onion and add into food processor.
Then cut fillet into small pieces and add to food processor.
Process until you have a smooth paste.
Grate the zucchini and add with other processed ingredients into a bowl.
Mix in 2 eggs. Season with some pepper and salt.
Stir with a spoon and add a handful of breadcrumbs. Then slowly add a little flour until the mixture is firm enough to be formed into patties.
Prepare a plate with breadcrumbs and heat some olive oil in a large pan.
Form burger sized flat patties from your dough, press both sides on the prepared breadcrumbs and transfer to frying pan. Fry each side until browned on high heat. Careful not to overcook. Takes only a minute or so on each side.
Transfer to a plate lined with kitchen paper to soak up any excess oil.
Now you got some super tasty patties.
Just get some burger buns and add your patties, some mayonaise, tomato, lettuce and whatever you like and you got a mouth watering burger.
Or you can just eat the patties on their own like a fish cake with some sauce.
