Recently came across this site, on Google Search for Solar Feeding Tables about a week ago.

I live on a small lake north of Memphis and been following your daily posted table and have to admit that they have been and improved success.

Living directly on a lake, some times you just fish when the urge strikes, and for the longest was wondering if there were any fish worth catching.

I generally fish with an ultra light using Mepps # 2 & 3 or a smaller Strike King all in varying colors. They have always been successful for me, figuring if they won't bite the best, they just won't bite.

Not a patient fisher, it I don't get a strike within 10 minutes or so, it's back in the house.

But here recently, and following your posted feeding times, I find my self at least catching fish....

Small as they have been; at least it's productive.... and even catching 6 and 8" Bass and Crappie is rewarding and a lot of fun.

But have caught several ( one or two ) keepers that I've cleaned and frozen. Then last night nearing the end of evening table time, and getting dark I landed a 3 1/2 Lb largemouth bass. My first of any size from this lake in years...

Well it's getting on into todays table so I've gotta get going here...

Will Post the photo of Fish and a big thanks for the accuracy of your tables and site...

Hi Mike

Welcome to Fishingreminder. Good to hear that the solunar tables help you to be more productive. Looking forward to see some pictures of your catches.

tight lines to you

If people concentrated on the really important things in life, there'd be a shortage of fishing poles.

Hey man! Welcome to Fishingreminder!
SO Lucky, you live right by a fishing lake!

Hope bite times can help you not to waste your time casting all day without any catches.

My favourite freshwater lure(for trout) is Mepp(Black Fury) as well.
I lost one by a huge trout last year and couldn't find it anywhere in this country!
I am not sure if they don't import them here in NZ anymore or so.

Anyway! Good Luck and let us know how it goes with your fishing

This thread is from 12 years ago. It got bumped because someone posted a reply but the post never appeared.

It has been happening a bit. It says new post but there is no new post. I thought it was a security thing Mark had put in place.
