You can set your location by name or by map. Click on Fishing Times and you will see Manage Locations.

If you are using a tablet or mobile phone try turning it side ways to see the menu better.

If you do not select your actual location, then it might show your location according to your ISP location. That is, it will show your location as being where your internet connection is.
