I'm not sure. I'd suggest you try both predictions and see which one works for you.
But I'm pretty confident that our solunar times are pretty spot on. 
Myself and a lot of others here have great success during the major and minor times. 

If another app gives you totally different times, I would be a bit suspicious.
Possibly they don't account for your specific location and timezone or haven't got your location right.
