I am not sure what you mean by unable to identify the blue cones. But I will give it a go...The long blue cones are the high tide and the shorter ones are the low tide.

Same with the green cones. The long are the major times and the short are the minor times.

If it is the actual colour you cannot see. The thicker cones are the best fishing times and the thinner ones are the tides.
