Hi Marcos

Glad you guys decided to learn fishing.

I would suggest to first ask in a local tackle shop for good spots to fish in your area and which lures or bait to use.
It is important to get local advice if a fishing spot is productive. If there are no fish around, you wont catch any :-)

Second check fishingreminder and try to find a day when the major times are just after sunrise.
Start fishing one hour before sunrise and continue fishing for 2 - 3 hours during the major times.

Also your chances to catch fish will increase during new moon or after full moon.
Fishingreminder displays a 4 star day rating on these days.

Let me know how you get on

Hai, My name is Samith. I started fishing from last two week. Yesterday we got some gud size fishes. I am hopping that i will get more tips from this form to get more fishes. Thank you. 😊
B) Hi New Folks!!! Welcome to my friend's great fishing site. Once you
catch some fish at the Woodlands area you will be able to share with others
how you did it and all the equipment you used. Until you get a few under the belt here are some info sites on the area. www.thewoodlandstx.com/fishing
www.fishinginthewoodlands.com Read up on these they indicate what fish are
there and rules and regs. they even have a fish report so bookmark the one
with that. I think all this info will be a good start.....Good luck and
dont become discouraged....keep at it! Then post all your pictures!!
great advice as always - thanks for the links booyah

how are you going, been out fishing lately?
Hi guys. I'm hoping someone on here may want to share their fav flathead spots south of the Gold Coast seaway preferably. Between seaway & Broadbeach?

Thanks in advance
B) I have been so busy working that I have not had time to go out for a
couple of months, plus we have had more than normal monsoon wind and rain
for this year. I did take the boat out by myself last weekend just to run
the boat. It was a crappy weekend for fishing according to my friend's
fishing reminder site, but I wet a line anyway and caught a couple of tiny
small mouth bass. Every so often I look at the forum to see if I can help
anyone out with something Im familiar with so I put in a link or two for
those newbies in Texas. I really like to see youngsters open the door into
the outdoors as it is an awesome avenue to keep them busy and out of
trouble on the streets learning all the wrong stuff. Plus if you learn how
to put food on the table while having fun outdoors...well how can you go
wrong with that?. Hey did you get a newer kayak yet? Isnt your fishing
season gonna start pretty soon? let me know when you get a new kayak and
post pics too.!
