I do boat fishing as well, Unless there are few guy want to join me , because boat rental it's expensive.But went i feel very board then I'll just a rent a boat out by myself.It's cost about SG$ 1300 for 4 hours and just to - up back the fuel that you use. In Singapore water ,there corals & Reefs.it's SAFE to cruise.We have nice South-Islands fishing spot for Angles to get great catch. So days i try to go to the same spot, but no catch:( .
