Dax, can you help telling that, are you following Tide timings and
what kind of bait for fishing?

Thanks Akbar :) For Inshore and Surf fishing, I'm following the tide and bite times. And for offshore, it's either starting from before sunrise and before sunset. I normally use shrimp and herring fish (cut) for baits.

We didn't use any chum for this time, because there were a lot of strikes, For inshore fishing,I normally follow the tide schedule, based from what I've experienced, it's when the tide's coming in and just when the low tide's begins to start, that's when I get a lot of strikes.

Hi Master & Dax,
I'm here in Dammam/Khober and have been trying all sorts of spots from Dammam corniche to half moon bay but not really had any real luck up till now other than the odd small fish. Been using shrimp as bait. Was out there on Khober corniche this THrusday and the fish were there in large numbers jumping about but not a single bite :[
Can I join you guys on your trip to fish in khober/dammam/jubail this weekend and get some Saudi Arabia specific tips? Thanks.
Abdul Aleem
