This 31kg Dog Tooth Tuna took all my line, wore out my reel and it was only the great boat driving that allowed us to land it. Awesome.

Sort of, it was multi day camping trip with my son and his friend using the boat out of a resort near Alotau called Driftwood. We got the boat, the driver, the camping gear, fishing gear etc and just went exploring.

sounds fantastic mate. Just had a quick look for tourism in papua new guinea. Looks really cool actually. Never thought about going there, but I guess now it's on my list ;-)
