It seems to work great :) How did you setup the cotton bridles?

A facebook convo spurred the search for a natural material that will degrade and not leave plastic in the sea. First thought was jute but cotton was all I had on hand (a ball of cotton shop twine in the shed) to test the idea. It's just a normal bridle loop, nothing fancy in that or the process. Have been surprised how well they last. Might see if I can buy some other cotton from the likes of the spotlight stores. Will play with different colours and thicknesses to see if any stand out as more effective. It's not as easy to use as braid, because the moment it gets wet is flattens and clings to itself, making it harder to separate to get a bait needle on or a hook tip through it. But it's not too bad.
