Was stoked to get these two beauties this morning diving. Figured out a better way to grab them, with less damage and better much improved success rate by using a little rake like tool to get behind them before grabbing the horns. Makes it much easier and also more sustainable as it's much gentler on the crayfish and can be released back safely and in good condition if undersized. Might make a video about it soon.
