Fishing from the shore at St George's in Grenada. Had about 6 of them in total and reminded me of a flattie in Australia.

Is that the only photo? Looks like it might be a Bartail Flathead. Almost all flathead are native to Australian waters. But there are some more wide spread - https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Bartail_flathead
