Yes. They look just like kelp. Under water they are almost impossible to see amongst the kelp and other seaweed....They are protected so you cannot target them. But the beach was covered with hundreds of egg shells. As you can see from the pitting on the sand, I was getting hit with some nasty rain storms so no fishing was done.
